MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Club NACH NACH Membership Terms

1. Membership
Club NACH NACH membership is free. Membership provides access to member benefits, offers, discounts, loyalty rewards and other promotions made available by Club NACH NACH from time to time.
2. Member Pass
Each member receives an individual digital membership pass and QR code. Membership passes are personal to the registered member and must not be transferred, copied, shared or used by another person.
3. Member Discounts
Eligible members may receive a 20% member discount at participating Club NACH NACH events unless a different offer is stated for a particular event. Offers and discounts may be subject to specific conditions and exclusions.
4. Loyalty Rewards
Eligible visits may count towards Club NACH NACH loyalty rewards. A member can normally receive a Free Drink after 4 eligible visits, a £20 Voucher after 8 eligible visits, and 50% Off All Drinks after 12 eligible visits.
Loyalty progress is based on eligible recorded check-ins within the previous 2 months. Rewards are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. Event Entry
Membership does not guarantee entry to any event. Entry remains subject to the conditions of the particular event, ticket requirements, venue capacity, age restrictions, identification requirements, licensing requirements and Club NACH NACH's admission policies.
6. Accurate Information
Members must provide accurate registration information and must not create or use a membership fraudulently or on behalf of another person.
7. Misuse
Club NACH NACH may suspend or cancel a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, attempted duplicate reward claims, unauthorised sharing of a member pass, or other misuse of the membership or loyalty scheme.
8. Changes to Benefits
Membership benefits, discounts, rewards and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn. Where appropriate, significant changes to the membership scheme will be communicated to members.
9. Personal Information
Personal information collected through the membership scheme is handled in accordance with the Club NACH NACH Privacy Notice.
10. Marketing
Marketing communications are optional. Members who choose to receive promotional updates may receive them by email, SMS/text message or WhatsApp. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
