This Privacy Notice explains how Club NACH NACH collects, uses and protects personal information provided through the NACH NACH membership scheme.

M27UK LTD, trading as Club NACH NACH, operates the NACH NACH membership scheme and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Notice.

When you register for membership, we may collect:
- First name and surname
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Home city
- Your membership ID
- Whether you have chosen to receive marketing communications
When you use your membership pass at Club NACH NACH events, we may also record your event visits, check-ins, membership rewards and reward redemptions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Create and manage your NACH NACH membership.
- Provide and validate your digital membership pass.
- Apply membership benefits and discounts.
- Record event visits and administer the loyalty and rewards scheme.
- Prevent misuse, duplicate check-ins and fraudulent use of membership passes.
- Manage and operate the membership service.
- Respond to membership enquiries.
- Send marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them.

- Contract: where processing is necessary to provide and administer the membership, digital member pass, discounts, loyalty benefits and rewards you sign up for.

- Consent: where you have chosen to receive marketing communications. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Marketing Communications
Marketing is optional. If you choose to receive promotional updates, Club NACH NACH may contact you by email, SMS/text message or WhatsApp about events, offers, promotions and Club NACH NACH news.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting clubnachnach@gmail.com.
Withdrawing marketing consent will not cancel your NACH NACH membership.
6. Sharing Your Information
Club NACH NACH does not sell your personal information or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may use trusted service providers acting on our behalf to help operate the membership scheme. These may include website and application hosting, database and technical infrastructure providers, and communications providers where relevant to the services you have requested or marketing you have agreed to receive.
These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use membership information for their own marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
